YouTube says it is developing new policies to deal with video-makers who damage the reputation of the website.
Chief executive Susan Wojcicki said "egregious" behaviour by video bloggers caused "significant harm" to the entire community of video-makers.

Every month or so I notice that if I look at my older videos (whether they're posted 2 weeks ago or 2 months ago) they're ALL set to include Non-Skippable Video Ads which I never select when I upload as I don't want to run the risk of viewer abandonment.
