I'm a jungler, so it bounces between Zac, Nunu, and Skarner. In my defense, I liked skarner before the rework.
I played so much Skarner pre-rework because I took him top. Now, top lane skarner is pretty much dead :/
Well Skarner went through that perma-ban phase, so it makes sense that he disappeared from the Rift. I never really thought about taking him top lane though. He's kinda weak to range, and he needs to get his armor before he can really fight.
I can see it working better with old Skarner where the stun activated off the q stacks, but now hitting that stun is a lot more mana intensive / cooldown heavy.

Well, I haven't played LoL recently, but I play mostly as an ADR, but I am trying to practice other roles such as Tanks and Support. My favorite has to be Caitlyn, because ADR lol. And, Urgot. Rings a bell? HAHAHA.
