When you follow the GiAnt into the GiAnt caverns for the first time, you ultimately make your way to the right to progress with the "dungeon" (a Minku is to the left). While in the immediate chamber (the one with all the wooden catwalks), Cook Chiffonade is along the back-left catwalk path - past the trio of poisonous Toad Stools.
