I just checked, the framerate looks fine to me. It's just the way the game looks, anyway, so it's probably just that by default, the game's field of view/camera system is always slightly jerky.

wow the FPS are in the dumps , like 1/sec I would def bump up your bitrate or render settings, are you using OBS?
