Depends on when your opinion of "a kid" is. Technically in hindsight someone who's 18 to early 20's is still a kid to like old people. But, id we say the drop off is at 12yo, then I gotta go Medal of Honor: Rising Sun

Objectively staying out of my opinionated statements of both songs. I did prefer Gangnam style.

USB mics are good for secondary audio. XLR mics the only way to go. I have a yeti, for the price it's good, but comparitve to actual good mics it's severely subpar. Nice vid though :)

I've got a PS4 and Xbox one. Technically have a pc too but it's kinda Garbo, so I can't game on it :/ all 3 are great though.

Depending on the type of game being played, I'd put mine anywhere between 5-25 minutes. Anything over 20 is a stretch for most people. I'd say the perfect medium imo is about 10-15.

At the end of the day it's your channel. Do what YOU want :)

I'm a big fan of separation, as a smaller channel it doesn't matter, like I do gaming as well, but if I wanted to make gaming videos on a specific genre alone I'd create a 2nd channel for it like having a sports channel(madden, MLB, NBA etc) it's just me tho, do whatever you want to do

I record everything. My raw files are usually around 1 1/2 -2 hours. I try not to go past 1 1/2 tho, since my computer has a habit of maxing out and end up lagging or corrupting my video.

Honestly, the free to play games on PlayStation are amazing, (onigiri, neverwinter, paragon, paladin, big city, trove etc.). Main reason I prefer my PS4 over Xbox(since you need Xbox live to play free games online...which is stupid). Happy gaming, friend!

Depends on personal preference and type of video. For the most part though just wing it.

I record anything I get my hands on. Idc for "trendy games". Mostly the free games off PS4/Xbox are my go too (aside from games I already own of course).

I agree that learning video editing/graphic design is a great consequence of YouTube. No one ever thinks of it when starting off but realize that they are kinda forced to learn this skill, and I love that! Hope everything goes well for you in the future though :)

As in the title, I want to know why everyone started a YouTube channel and what you hope to get out of it? I personally, started YouTube because I thought it looked fun(and I was totally right) so for me, getting big on YouTube isn't something I aim for or try for. I'm gonna love doing it...

Everyone does YouTube for different reasons, and I understand wanting to grow and become a big channel. But, at the end of the day remember, you gotta love what you do even if it means that not many people feel the same. Just gotta stay true to yourself and not let the dream of "being huge"...
