hey so i was partnered with freedom a while back under a different username and have been inactive for a long time. I started making YouTube videos again but i can't monetize my videos and it doesn't show i am partnered with freedom. Please help me..

There are actually two things. 1) Should I Have Monetization Enabled or Disabled on my YouTube Channel. 2) If I need to enable it, how? Because when I click 'Re-enable Monetization' It takes me to a page with no button or link to actually 'Re-enable' it.
