I did want to ask why is your goal 1001 subscribers, it seems a strange number?

lol I feel dumb now ... I was reading up on how to get a custom URL for my channel and several people stated you needed 10001 subs to achieve this. I learned today I only need 100 lol any recommendations on ways to promote my channel? Thanks for the feedback and sorry about not following the rules.
