YouTube Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed) buggy

I know freedom can't do anything about it. I try to share a video with a friend that is a town of Salem. it claims copyright on it even know I have right to do so. I put under Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed) . so I test out on this video and it claims copyright. is everyone having a problem with this and is there a workaround with this?

Hi! I can't help, but I try to understand your problem... ¿You upload a video with Creative Commons License, and someone want to reuse it, and then he have a "Copyright Claim"?

ya. that what happen. it odd. I test this out myself and it claims on all my video as copyright. LOL! it just odd!

Perhaps only works if youtube video creator is used, which is very bad
