Solved heartbeat annotations option no longer working

so before when I would go to a video with heartbeat app a little purple star would appear at the top of the page - I would click it - and it would say "annotations detected" and show all my videos underneath and allow me to clone the annotations from the video I was on and apply them to the videos.

now no videos show up and clone annotations is greyed out. I am signed in in heartbeat, I don't understand why it just suddenly stopped working..

searching for a video also does nothing - it won't search - it just doesn't respond..

same problem here but now is worse, I don't have a icon anymore
