Hey guys check out this free way to record your IOS device. There is no jailbreak necessary and the app is free! You need to be IOS 7+
There is no need for that method. Simply plug your device into your Mac. Go to quick time player and click file new movie recordings. Next to the record button click the arrow and scelect your device. Click record.
The app you mentioned in your post isn't actually supported since Apple has reset it's developer certificates and it's not allowed on iDevices.

Using quicktime is how I record. But tons of people have windows computers so I thought this might be handy for them.
