We've already had a thread regarding this... Just wait for the ticket to be answered and don't post follow-up emails and it'll get replied to faster. Again, this kinda is the support section and not really the Here's-my-ID-answer-it-faster forum...

I can see that Chicco, from our support team has already spoken to you regarding your previous thread and has assured that he will look into the tickets personally whenever there is a reply. Please try and be patient as he may not be online at the same time as you. I shall also tag him into this thread so is aware of the new ticket ID (@Chicco Torres ), but please try and respond to the active tickets and the emails in which Chicco has sent you, otherwise they may be placed in the support queue and could take a little longer to be seen to.
