YouTube Live Streaming Time

Hey all!

I was wandering what would be the best time to live stream for North America audiences and UK audiences? That's where most of my audiences are and I'm trying to start up a live podcast, but I need a good timeslot that won't be annoying to most (I know it won't be perfect but trying to find a good compromise).

There a plenty graphics on the issue, if I remember right. The primo time for doing live streams was 12-2 EST, but a simple google search could possibly pull up a more up to date graphic for the info.
