we have been doing some new things with the channel lately and it is working. We want a review so that we can determine if there is more we can do to drive a larger audience to the channel. So far the videos aren't an issue as far as i can see but if they are. Feedback on it will also be appreciated. Thanks

One thing's for sure: you guys certainly do have the professionalism nailed! Your banner and logo for instance are brilliant and really suit the theme of the channel! Not to mention the actual quality of the videos (or the ones we skipped through anyway!)

You also have a really good selection of easy-to-access social media, which fully helps propel your channel!

Good banner and thumbnail, first. However, you may want to work on thumbnails. Most of them look a bit bland and not that appealing. I'd suggest Photopea or Photoshop and practicing making thumbnails in such programs. PewdiePie's thumbnail tutorial is a good place to start for some general dos/do nots of thumbnails.
