I am looking into livestreaming more, and with better quality. Right now I just use Xbox One and its party chat to twitch stream with some friends, but there is much more that can be done to improve this. Any livestreaming setup tips? Thanks!

Personally, I stream with an Elgato Capture Card, however it is pretty expensive but well worth it.
I have this capture card as well. Unfortunately it does not record Party chat unless you change the audio output on the Xbox One. But the newest update including Skype calls is pretty good so will need to research that more!
I dont livestream much, not really setup for it. I have a PC hooked to a big TV.
So when i livestream I play in a 720p window so I can watch the chat on the side.
