Solved No "learn more" part in my dashboard ??!??!

I am waiting for 4 days now ... still no "learn more" par in my dashboard. Network still unusable.

I already opened a ticket, sent custID, channel, printscreen... but the only answer I received is : "It seems you forgot to send your Custom ID, and the link to your channel" HA HA HA HA HA

hopeless ? :-(

It may have been the incorrect ID, if you are having troubles with the support system you could try emailing them

As they asked, I sent my Custom ID, my chanel url, printscreens etc to the support.

...Now they tell me my channel is inactive and contains no videos !?!?
But of course it is well active (for at least one year) and does contain listed videos...

better and better !!!!!!!

Kind of strange. If your channel contains public video's, has no claims then they should be abke to help you out....
